ORDER

The petition has been filed to prevent the second respondent from laying the road or made any construction in the property comprised in Natham Survey No.992/47 Sivayam South Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that now the entire project has been dropped and he has also produced a letter, dated 17.10.2016 received from the second respondent.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
