ORDER

Challenge in the present writ petition is to a Government Order in G.O.(Ms)No.19 Industries (MMC1) Department dated 25.01.2011.

2.A learned Judge of this Court, by an order dated 15.10.2014, passed in W.P.No.8507 of 2012, had already dismissed the writ petition, in which, the same G.O.(Ms).No.19, dated 25.01.2011 was under challenge.

3.In view of the dismissal of that writ petition, the present writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
