ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.25 of 2022 dated 29.01.2022 and file the final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and the FIR was closed as 'mistake of fact' and a report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Sivagangai.
