ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has filed this sub application for directing the authorities to fix fair tracking rent for the pathway utilized by the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the temple states that the fair rent committee constituted under Section 34A of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 has already fixed the provisional rent. The said decision will be duly communicated to the petitioner within two days. It is open to the petitioner to offer his objections, if he is aggrieved by the quantum. Thereafter, taking into account the objections given by the petitioner, the fair tracking rent will be finally fixed. This excess shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of objection from the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to workout his rights in terms of Section 34A of the Act.
