This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records with respect to the impugned order of the first respondent in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.337/A1/10, dated 23.09.2010 and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Anganwadi Worker Kaniyalan Kudirupu Centre, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 08.12.2017,

there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 11.12.2017, under the caption for dismissal. Even today (11.12.2017), the counsel for the petitioner is absent.

3. In such circumstances, this Court finds that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
