O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to renew the passport based upon his application dated 17.09.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that a criminal case is pending as against the writ petitioner in Crime No.312 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent police, which has culminated in filing of charge sheet in CC.No. 491 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur.

3. In view of the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court concerned, seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case, if any such application is filed, the learned trial Judge is 2/4

directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
