ORDER

The petitioner has sent a representation to the authorities concerned through which she seeks a direction, directing the respondents to grant licence for burial ground to the land in S.No.47/2c to the extent of 0.53.5 Hectares (1.32 Acres) at Chinna Kollapatti Village, Sattur Taluk in Virudhunagar District.

Mr.G.Muthukkannan, learned Government Advocate was put on notice.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
