O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN,J.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.21372 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the authorities conducted survey, identified the encroachments and issued notice to the encroachers under Section 7 and 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and action has been taken to remove the encroachments.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, she has to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
