ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 29.09.2025 in Na.Ka.No.912/Vir. 1/2025 passed by the first respondent, the present writ petitions have been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either sider.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the impugned order terminating the petitioner's contract has been passed without issuing notice to him and without affording him an opportunity of personal hearing to put forth his case and hence, the same is liable to be set aside.

4. A perusal of the impugned order shows that it has been passed without any prior show cause notice to the petitioner and without affording them an opportunity to put forward his explainantion to the allegation made against him. It is a case of clear violation of principle of natural justice. Therefore, without dwelling much upon the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 29.09.2025 in Na.Ka.No.912/Vir.1/2025 passed by the first respondent is hereby set aside. The matter is remitted back to the file of the first respondent, who shall on receipt of the order issue show cause 2/4

notice to the petitioner within a week and thereafter, pass order after giving personal hearing to the petitioner and hearing his objections. No costs.
