The petitioner's grievance is that an order dated 14.06.2024 of the first respondent has not been complied with by the second respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. On instructions, he states that the order of the first respondent was not challenged before the District Revenue Officer. In any event, he submits that action would be taken after confirming the same. He also submits that notice would be issued to the third and fourth respondents before a decision is taken.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice to the third and fourth respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to initiate action in terms of the order dated 14.06.2024 of the first respondent after issuing notice to the petitioner 2/4
