ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The second respondent / temple conducted public auction for granting lease for the petition mentioned site. The writ petitioner turned out to be the highest bidder. Since the auction process was not finalized and there was administrative delay, the petitioner wants to take back the EMD offered by him. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the temple submitted that the authorities are ready to confirm the petitioner's bid with effect from 01.11.2025. 4.The petitioner through his counsel expressed his consent for the same.

5.Recording the consensus arrived at between the parties, I direct the second respondent to grant five years lease in favour of the writ petitioner with effect from 01.11.2025 onwards. 6.This writ petition is disposed of on these terms.
