ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.26 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
