*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with a grievance that notwithstanding the representation, appropriate action was not taken by the second respondent to remove the encroachment made by the third and fourth respondents.

2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30 November, 2012, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the third and fourth respondents. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 30 November, 2012 along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the second respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
