2.Challenging the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the fifth respondent herein which is a direction to the Sub Registrar, the sixth respondent herein not to register pending UDR scheme, the present writ petition has been filed. It could at best be a case for claiming his individual right. We find no justification in entertaining the writ petition in public interest. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
