(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Heard Mr.C.Jeyaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and Mr.M.Muniyasamy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1,3 and 4. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the TASMAC liquor shop bearing number 5440 which is functioning on the main road ie., N.H.45 B Trichy to Tuticorin road based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2013. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.7.2013, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents within a stipulated time.

4.Having considered the relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
