The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct proper enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2025 and provide a copy of complete enquiry report to the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to forthwith communicate the result of 2/4
