ORDER
The petitioners seek a direction to the second respondent not to harass them under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioners; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by one Balakrishnan against the petitioners; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.
3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the respondent Police cannot harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. However, if the petitioners' presence is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue summons to the petitioners.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
