ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 3rd respondent from interfering with the rights of the parties pertaining to civil dispute which is pending adjudication in O.S No. 359 of 2008 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District 2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is before this Court, alleging that the third respondent is interfering with the civil dispute in respect of O.S.No.359 of 2008, pending before the Principal District Munsif, Srivilliputhur, by misusing his official position. Hence, the petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the third respondent. 5.The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, on instructions submitted that there is no interference of the police authorities in respect of the the civil dispute as alleged by the petitioner.

6.Recording such submission, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his rights before the competent civil Court, in the manner known to law. No costs.
