The order impugned in the present writ petition is one passed under Section 15(2) of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001. Today, when the writ petition was called, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the respondents have no intention to acquire the lands of the petitioner comprised in Survey No.202/12B for the purpose of formation of highways. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the writ petition is closed.
