O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the Tahsildar, Thiruppathur, to remove the encroachment stated to have been put up by the fourth and fifth respondents in Mahibalanpatti Sundakadu Group S.No.112-1 at Salaipatti, Mahibalanpatti Post Thiruppathur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Sivagangai District. Since follow-up action was not taken, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. We direct the Tahsildar, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District, the third respondent herein, to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21 August, 2012, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fourth and fifth respondents. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We also direct the petitioner to forward a copy of the representation dated 21 August, 2012 along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the third respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
