2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the petitioner is taking medical treatment in psychiatric department and submitted the status report.
3. Considering the same, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required and the interim bail granted is extended for three months.
