The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the fourth respondent should be restrained from converting the existing structure at Old Ward No.1, New Ward No. 6, Suthanantha Bharathi Street, Town Survey No.32, Sivagangai Town, Sivagangai District.

2. We are not inclined to entertain such a plea, merely on the basis of some allegations. If the petitioner shows that

there is some illegal construction or structure, it is for the authority to consider the same and take action in accordance with law.
