ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 16.06.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7228 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.653 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7228 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.653 of 2025, dated 16.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
