ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 28.04.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5601 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1812 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.178 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not in dispute that the condition imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5601 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025 directing the petitioner to report before the Tambaram Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 am.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5601 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1812 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.178 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
