Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 7 for their malpractice and misappropriation committed on Tamil Nadu Government allotted fund of Rs.23 54 700/- for the period 2011-2012 in SDI-Modular Employment Skill Course Scheme and further direct the 9th Respondent to take appropriate criminal action against the Respondents 5 to 8 by booking them under relevant penal section of 354, 447, 509, 506(i) of IPC read with Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Prevention of Atrocities against Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act and to further direct the 7th and 8th respondents not to make any hindrance in any form for the continuance and completion of Higher Secondary Course by the 11th respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2012. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The main grievance appears to be allegations of malpractice and misappropriation made against the 11th respondent for which the petitioner has given a representation on 27.07.2012. We do not find any justification to entertain the writ petition in public interest on this issue. It is for the Department concerned to take note of the complaint and deal with the matter in accordance with law.

2.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 are closed.
