Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.289/2010, dated 22.12.2010 and quash the same and further direct the third respondent to remove the Aavin retail stall which prevents access from Tirunelveli Main Road to the petitioner's property.
