(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to recover the carriage fee dues payable to the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation by the respondents 3 to 5.

2.We find no reason to entertain this writ petition in public interest, since it is for the Department to decide as to how the revenue should be collected and moreover, the writ petitioner is an envious neighbor.

3.With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
