When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording such submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.2 of 2013 is closed.
