The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he also given a letter, dated 03.12.2015 to the Registry for withdrawal.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
