Respondents in both writ petitions PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.14208 of 2013 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the lock and seal put up by them in the building of the petitioner situated at T.S.No.1188, Ward No.46, Door No.31, Mahal 3rd Street, Madurai and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent to extend the Building Approval Order issued wide order No.EE7/483/08, dated 28.11.2008 within the time frame stipulated by this Court. PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.11128 of 2013 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the lock and seal put up by them in the building of the petitioner situated at T.S.No.12/75, Ward No.17, Door No.20, Ellis Nagar, Sarvodaya 2nd Street, Madurai and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent to extend the Building Approval Order issued vide Order No.WE6/499/2010, dated 29.06.2010 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
