The petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.04.2010, requesting the respondent to survey his property. Since the representation was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondent.
3. The petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent for surveying his property. In case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits and as per law with notice to all concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
