ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the 3rd and 4th respondents based on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2013 within the time to be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, being the Vice President of Venkatachalapuram Village, sent a representation to the first and second respondents, alleging some malpractices committed by the third and fourth respondents, in the Panchayat Office and requested appropriate action against them. Since, no action was taken, the petitioner is before this Court. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, submitted that the post of President is no more in existence.

6.Recording such submission, the writ petition is closed. However, it is always open to the first and second respondent, to take appropriate action in accordance with law, if any misappropriation or malpractice, as alleged by the petitioner, is noticed.
