ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2013 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner owns agricultural lands in S.Nos.22 to 35 and near by his
lands, the fourth respondent proposed to start a fishery. Objecting to the same, the petitioner had sent representations to the first and second respondents, requesting to restrain the fourth respondent, from starting the fishery. Since no steps were taken on his representation, the petitioner is before this Court. 5.
It is seen that the petitioner has submitted his representation in the year 2013 and it is not known whether the relief sought for still subsists due to passage of time.
6. Under such circumstances and also considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2013 and pass appropriate orders, if not already passed, on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent as well as all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
