This petition has been filed, seeking to restrain the respondent Nos.1 to 3 from acquiring the land of the petitioner property in Survey Nos. TS.1224 1225 and 1226 in Madurai 9th Ward at Madurai except by due process of law and consequently to direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents to pay the compensation which the Respondents already acquired to an extent of 20 cents of the Petitioner s property in Survey Nos. TS.1224 1225 and 1226 in Madurai 9th ward at Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed as infructuous, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed as having become infructuous with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
