PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in G.O.(Ms)No.26, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SWI) Department dated 28.02.2011 and to quash the same insofar as it fails to include petitioner's name in the list of persons for appointment to the post of Child Development Project Officer pending drawl of regular panel for the year 2010-11 and consequently direct the respondents herein to include petitioner's name in the appropriate place in the said list with all consequential benefits.
