This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to initiate appropriate action to evict the fourth and fifth respondents from the premises, bearing Shop Numbers J224 and K282 of central flower market, Mattuthavani, Madurai, and also a further direction to the second respondent to give suitable protection regarding the action taken by the first respondent. 2.For the very same relief, the petitioner has already filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.7609 of 2012. This Court, after considering the issues, dismissed the writ petition, by order dated 07.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
