Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Nil dated 21.08.2013 and quash the same as illegal, without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of the SARFEASI Act 2002.
