COMMON ORDER The petitioners in these writ petitions are seeking for third incentive increments for acquiring the additional qualification of M.Ed., Degree.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.
3. Whether the petitioners are entitled to get such incentive increment or not, is for the second respondent to consider and decide and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view, as of now, on the claim made by the petitioners. It is seen that the petitioners have made their respective representations before the second respondent on 06.06.2013, 01.06.2013 and 01.03.2013 respectively and the said representations are said to be still pending.
4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 06.06.2013, 01.06.2013 and 01.03.2013 respectively and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
