O R D E R

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the third respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 08.01.2015 wherein the parties have agreed to have resurvey the land within three months and the resurvey is directed to be completed within sixty days.

2.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the above exercise as per the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 08.01.2015. No costs.
