Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.5.2013 for permitting the petitioner and other community people of the Ilayaamuthur village to enter into and to worship the God in Soundarapandia Vinayagar Temple, Ilayaamuthur within a time frame .

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner and other community people should be permitted to enter into Soundarapandia Vinayagar Temple, Ilayaamuthur to worship the God. 2.The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 20.05.2013 stating the grievance as mentioned above, but the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.If the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is entitled to make further representation before the respondents 1 and 2, and the authorities concerned shall consider the same on its own merit and in accordance with law. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
