Heard both sides.

2.Without going into the merits of the matter, the parties are at liberty to file a rectification deed to rectify the schedule set out in the sale deed dated 17.08.2009 vide Document No.2005/2009. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the property sought to be conveyed under the document in question forms the part of the schedule conveyed in his favour vide earlier sale deed dated 17.08.2009. The petitioner states that while presenting the rectification deed, the four boundaries will be maintained and only the extent will be rectified. If such a document is presented, the same shall be registered and released by the respondents subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.
