ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.12.2012 has been enquired by the third respondent and after enquiry the complaint has been closed as civil dispute and a direction was also issued to the parties to approach the civil Court for appropriate remedy, and now all documents were destroyed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as per order dated 27.02.2018 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai.

4.In view of the above submission that the complaint of the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
