The petitioner wants a direction to the second respondent not to erect electric pole in the middle of drinking water Oorani situated in S.No.297/3 at Veerambal Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.08.2013 to the respondents. 2.Since the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2013, due to passage of time, no direction can be given as such. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, if he is still aggrieved and the authority concerned shall deal with the same in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
