Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.R.V./04/2077/2010, dated 17.05.2011 as confirmed by the second respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.2592/11(Vu) dated 11.08.2011 and quash the same and directing the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner with the services with all consequential service benefits.
