Sekar : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove all the encroachments and the obstructions put up in Survey No.754/10 in Sundankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, put up by the fifth respondent, by considering the complaint dated 27.05.2013 made by the petitioner to the first and second respondents, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the third respondent, requesting to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in respect of the properties in Survey No.754/10 in Sundankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District. Since follow-up action was not taken by the Jurisdictional Tahsildar, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27 May, 2013, on merits as per law, after issuing notice to the fifth respondent and the other alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 27 May, 2013, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the third respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
