3.S.Viswanathan : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.34669/Q3/2010, dated 29.10.2010 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of the examination controller in 2nd respondent college.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of repeated efforts and steps taken to contact the petitioner, no response was forthcoming. On this basis sought for withdrawal of the vakalat memo.

2. But, this Court is not inclined to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Vacakalat, when the counsel for the petitioner is unable to get response from the petitioner inspite of repeated steps taken, the petition has to be dismissed for no instruction. The postal cover sent to the petitioner's address, as mentioned in the affidavit, is returned with an endorsement 'No proper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

address". Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
