ORDER

In the Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the demand made by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.Internal Audit/A2/2011, dated 04.05.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the proceedings in R.No.W.P.(MD)5613/B1/2018, dated 13.04.2018, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner has already paid the tax due and as on date, there is no tax due.

3. In view of the payment of tax, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The proceedings dated 13.04.2018 of the respondent shall form part of the record. No costs. Consequently, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
