*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to remove the encroachment stated to have been made by the respondents 5 to 7 in respect of the property in S.No.41/1 in Ariyakutti Thevan Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. We direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05 August, 2013 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 to 7. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 05 August, 2013, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the fourth respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.
