The petitioner had appealed to the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking cancellation of the patta issued to the third respondent. Early disposal thereof is prayed for.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first and second respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar has submitted a report to the Revenue Division Officer and that orders would be issued on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the third respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without making any observations on the merits, by directing the first respondent to 2/4

conclude the inquiry and issue a speaking order within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent herein. No costs.
