ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the electric pole from the middle of the petitioner's patta land to boundary of the petitioner's patta land situated at S.No. 156/2Q, Elamanam Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 21.08.2025 and 25.09.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, that the electric pole in question would be shifted subject to the condition that the petitioner shall bear the cost for shifting the said electric pole. The petitioner agrees for the same. 2/4

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to shift the electric pole in question within a period of two weeks from the date of payment to be made by the petitioner.
